How Pre-Ordering Works

• Choose Tuesday or Saturday pickup.

• Select an available 2-hour pickup window when ordering.

• Ordering closes at the stated deadline or when we sell out.

• Tuesday hours - 11:00 am-1:00 pm, 4:00 pm-6 pm

• Saturday hours - 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm-4:00 pm

• Pickups will take place at the Jacaranda Park picnic area during these designated times ONLY. If the pick up person is running late or can’t pick up their order, please text the business.

• Orders will be bagged and ready to go; just provide your name!

• Late Pickup - If the pick-up person is running late or can’t pick up their order that day, please text or call the business. You will find our contact information under the Contact page.
  

• Cancellation/refund policy - Because we are a small business and all cinnamon rolls and other baked goods are baked fresh on the pick-up day, we will not be able to accept any cancellations less than 12 hours before a pick-up. Canceled orders must be made at least 12 hours before scheduled pick-up in order to receive a full refund.

• We do not offer refunds unless the order is canceled within the designated time period, but if you have any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can fix it and make it right!
