How do I place an order?

Pre-orders are available on our website and through our Hotplate Page. We do local pick-ups twice a week, in North County and South San Diego on separate days. We do not offer delivery at this time.

When are pre-orders open?

Pre-Orders are open for one week leading up to the drop. For example, if we have our pick-up on Tuesday afternoons, you will be able to place an order starting on Wednesday and ending on Monday. Because we offer small-batch baking and our baked goods require a fermentation period, we are unable to fulfill same-day orders.

Do you rotate menus?

At this time, our menu is permanent, and we don’t anticipate any changes or discontinuation of your favorite baked goods. However, we will offer seasonal and holiday bakery items! Follow us on social media or sign up for our Hotplate page to be informed of all upcoming menu changes and drops.

Do you offer any vegan foods?

As we use fresh butter and cream in our baked goods, we are not offering any vegan items at this time. As we grow, we do plan to offer a few vegan specialty items eventually! Don’t worry, it’s in the works!

Do you offer gluten-free foods?

While none of our sweet rolls are gluten-free, our classic brown butter marshmallow treats and homemade spiced peach jam are. As we grow, we do plan to add more gluten-free items.
